ICC Floors Plus installed luxury vinyl plank flooring and carpeting in my mother in law's house. We were preparing the house to be sold. They did an excellent job and were very responsive to our requests. We would highly recommend this company and we would definitely use them again.

The finished product turned out excellent, and I’m very happy with everything we chose. His guidance throughout the process made things easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Les and Nichole were so wonderful to work with. Les designed by kitchen, just how i wanted it but with some better ideas and Nichole helped me pick my tile and countertop. She was so easy to work with and had better ideas. Can’t wait to see the finished project

Purchased $1400.00 of vynil planking. Had a small issue with it 2 years and a month after instal. Warranty is only for two years. Followed ICC's direction and placed a claim on their website with pic's. Claim was denied via text message. Complained about the denial and requested a manager call me. That was denied via text message. Poor customer service.
