Title: Commercial Field Manager
Reports To: Operations Manager
Works With: Project Manager / Installers / Customer’s Onsite Staff
Based At: ICC Floors Plus HQ - Castleton
Job purpose:
To perform needed job inspections, supervise sub contract installation crews, manage installation quality control, jobsite material handling and inventory management, and light service repairs for commercial & multi-family projects as needed, while positively representing ICC Floors on the front lines.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- To represent ICC Floors in a positive manner while conducting jobsite supervision & installation crew management and light punch work in the field.
- Responsible for ensuring ICC Safety Program is followed in the field along with any customer specific requirements.
- To show up on time, presentable, organized, and ready to work in order to eliminate wasted time and delays, and to keep project schedules on time.
- General on site work hours are 8 am-5 pm, but the ability to handle critical phone and/or email communication before and after those hours as well as working over-time as needed to meet client expectations and schedules is required.
- Work with Project Managers & installation crews to ensure schedules, quality standards, and budgets are met.
- Prior to work starting meet with customer’s field staff & our installation crews on any jobsite specific details to ensure proper completion of work.
- Check work orders and pick tickets for accuracy, report issues to management in an organized proactive fashion
- Ensure completion of pre & post install QC inspections on installations and report progress to Project Manager accordingly.
- Be able to create punch-lists, manage and complete punch-lists as needed.
- Maintains physical appearance, presentation, and cleanliness of tools and work vehicles.
- Prepare accurate recordkeeping for billable extra work and return to Account Administrators / Project Managers for billing
- Participates in Tool Box Talks as required by ICC Floors Safety Manual.

Job Description
Title: Service Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Customer Service
Based at: ICC Floors Plus Retail Sales Store
Job purpose:
To coordinate, schedule, and follow-up with warranty call back services and punch list items for installation projects to completion.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Receive, schedule and confirm all incoming service appointments for designated accounts
- Order & confirm all necessary materials will be available for scheduled services.
- Follow-up with customer service requests within 24 hrs. of notification.
- Create daily work orders for service techs, and track service completion.
- Follow up with customers after installation, and address any known issues immediately. Coordinate, schedule, and execute completion of jobs.
- Accountable for invoicing all billable service.
- Assure customer satisfaction and promote the ICC brand
- Other duties and assignments as needed.
Person profile – Service Coordinator
Personality: Detail oriented individual with high focus on organization, details, and follow-up. Must be a natural multi-tasker able to calmly and professionally handle high-demand tasks in a fast-paced working environment.

Job purpose:
To provide materials, equipment, and supplies by directing, receiving, warehousing, and distribution services. To track, organize, and accurately record items received and leaving the company warehouse.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by coordinating and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling processes and scheduled tasks. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
